前面我们已经知道什么是从句了，尤其是主语从句，表语从句，宾语从句和定语从句

这一节总结一下状语从句。如何判断是考状语从句的题呢？您就这样想算了，选项中出现的连词个数有很多，范围也很大 Before，While，Since，by the time，no matter what，as long as，once

in case，even though，although等，一般这个题是考状语从句的题目。

   提醒您：既然是状语，那么横线后的那个句子一般是不会缺少主语，宾语，表语，它们就是只缺少状语，也就是说句子中就是缺少一个连接句子的词，因此你只要把选项的意思带到句子中看看哪个意思最好就是答案。如果不会做，建议选when/where为主。

例题：

My parents don't mind what job I do  ______I am happy.

选项中出现的连词A. even though       B. as soon as        C. as long as     D. as though

这个是考状语从句的题了。横线后I am happy.是主系表结构，缺状语。even though即使，尽管

as soon as一。。。就   as long as只要   as though好像。把词语带进去句子中，发现只有as long as只要  翻译通顺-------》》》我的父母亲不介意我从事啥工作，只要我过得幸福。

具体的连词的意思如下：

by the time 到。。。为止 （与过去完成时、将来完成时连用）

as soon as,= the moment,=the minute,=immediately=directly, instantly=hardly…when=no sooner…than  一。。。。就

用法：

hardly/scarcely had sb done sth when sb did sth

no sooner had sb done sth than sb did sth主句表示将来意义时，从句须用一般现在时；while引导的从句中动词一般是延续性的；until用在肯定句中主句动词是延续性的，而否定句中主句动词为短暂性的。

地点状 语where, wherever引导的状语从句位于动词后。

Where引导的定语从句，放在名词后。

原因状 语Because+从句   because of+名词/代词/doing  ?回答why

As双方都知道的原因 since=now that既然

For不能放句首

Since   It is/has been +段时间+since sb did sth

       It was +段时间+since sb had done sthbecause语气最强，since较弱，表示大家都明了的原因，as又次之。

条件状语If 如果，假如unless,除非once一旦 in case以防，万一 

as long as=so long as 只要on condition that 条件是，假如

suppose/supposing that 假如 provided/providing that假如

seeing that考虑到 granting that 即使 saving that 除了，除非

assuming that 假使 admiting that 虽说，即使 presuming that 假使considering that考虑到 从句中动词时态不可用将来时，常用一般时代替

目的状语so that以便，为的是 in order to=so as to为了 

in order that=so that为了for fear that=lest以免，唯恐 so that和in order that后常接may, should, could, would等情态动词

结果状语so…that, 如此。。。以至于such…that 如此。。。以至于

so +形/副+that  so+形/副+a/an+可数单数名词+that

such+名词+that  such+a/an+形/副+可数单数名词+that

so+many/much/few/Little+名词+that

such+名词复数/不可数名词+that

such+lots of/a lot of+名词+that

当so/such放句首时，主句要用部分倒装。

比较状语As+形/副+as。。。  像。。。一样

not as/so+形/副+as。。。  不像。。。一样 

the mor+形+主+谓，the more+形+主+谓

than比。。。

方式状语as if=as though 好像As if 和as though引导的从句一般用虚拟语气。

让步状语though, although,虽然（不与but连用，但可与still、yet连用）

though  还可单独使用，放在句子末尾。然而，可是

even if=even though 即使，尽管

动/名/形/副+as/though+主+谓  尽管。。。

no matter what= whatever, 

no matter who=whoever, 

no matter which=whichever, 

no matter when=whenever

no matter where=wherever

no matter how+形/副词=however+形/副词as在让步状语从句中常用倒装形式；although和though用正常语序，可和yet连用，但不可和but连用
